Description
Explore the world-famous Postojna Cave in the Karst region, a 50-minute drive from Koper. Enter the mysterious, 20 km long Karst cave system with excellent underground galleries and halls. A part of the visit involves an electric train, and part is a guided walking tour. The visit to the cave lasts approximately an hour and a half. You will continue on to Predjama Castle for a beautiful photo stop and some free time. Perched high up in the cliff, this castle dates back to the 16th century, but evidence indicates that this steep and imposing cliff has been fortified since at least the 13th century. Following your time at the castle, you will return to Koper, where your tour concludes.
