Visit the Dor Us Saodat complex, the burial site of Amir Temur’s son, and learn about the unfinished mausoleum. Shakhrisabz City Tour: Ak Sarai Palace, Dor Us Saodat Complex, and Dor Ut Tilovat
- Drive to Shakhrisabz true Takhta Karacha Mountain pass
Start the city tour upon arrival:
- Ak Sarai Palace - Amir Temur built the palace during 24 years. It used to be one the spectacular projects with a hude entry - 72 meters. The best architects and masters were involved to construct the largest mosque of Amir Temur in Shakhrisabz, however only part of the entry survived and the rest been vanished from the earth.
- Dor Us Saodat complex is the burial place of the first son of Amir Temur, he wanted to be buried in Shkahrisabz, next to his son, but his mausoleum never been completed.
- Dor Ut Tilovat is a special sight that combines mosque, mausoleum and madrasa in one. Amir Temur began the construction and his grandson Ulughbek completed it.
- After the tour we get in our sedans and head to Samarkand.
- Arrival to Samarkand - end of our service.
