Description
In this 9-day trip, participate in gorilla trekking in Bwindi forests, chimp tracking at Kyambura Gorge, rhino tracking at Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary and game drives in Murchison and Queen Elizabeth National Parks. Go on a boat cruise on the Victoria Nile and Kazinga Channel, respectively. Explore other minor attractions during stopovers in the city centres.

Day 1: Arrival at Entebbe International Airport
- Pick up from the Airport by our company's driver-guide, who will later transfer you to the Entebbe Botanical Beach Hotel to dine and spend the night.
- If time allows, take a city tour around Entebbe and visit various attractions in that area like the reptile village and craft shops.

Day 2: Visiting the Magnificent Murchison Falls
- After breakfast, drive northwards to Murchison Falls national park, with a stopover for your lunch in Masindi and another at the Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary to track rare rhinos protected in this sanctuary.
- Later, arrive in Murchison falls national park, Uganda’s largest well-protected wildlife area covering 3,840 Sq. Km.
- Move to the top of the Falls to view the natural beauty of these falls. At this place, the river squeezes itself through a 7-meter narrow gorge from a width of more than 1 km and drops below with a thunderous roar forming a water spray that rainbow that results into a stunning rainbow the wonders of Nile River.

Day 3: The River Nile Boat Cruise
- Have an early morning breakfast and explore the Northern part hosting a high number of Savannah wildlife. This game drive offers great opportunities for capturing elephants, lions, Uganda kobs, buffaloes, giraffes, waterbucks, in addition to several bird species.
- Following lunch, go for a 2-hour boat cruise to the bottom of the Murchison Falls from where great volumes of water escape through the small gorge forming an immense thunderous roar. See several water birds plus mammals in big numbers like hippos and crocodiles during this boat ride.
Head back to the lodge have dinner and slumber at your lodge.

Day 4: Transfer to Queen Elizabeth National Park
- Have a hefty breakfast and depart from Murchison Falls National Park. Head to Queen Elizabeth National Park as you drive southwest through Fort Portal and the Albertine Escarpment of the Western Rift Valley. Savour lunch on the way to the Mountains of the Moon Hotel found in Fort Portal town.
- From here, continue to the Mweya peninsula found in the Queen Elizabeth National Park. Arrive in the Park in the evening, have dinner and rest at your lodge.

Day 5: Queen Elizabeth National Park
- Following an early breakfast, have a morning game drive to see the nocturnal predators and the early morning risers like lions, buffaloes, antelope species, leopards, waterbucks, elephants, hippos, and hippos warthogs. For birders, Queen Elizabeth is a paradise hosting a diversity of migratory and Albertine Rift endemics.

Day 6: Kyambura Gorge
- Have breakfast and set out for a boat cruise along the Kazinga Channel for wonderful game viewing and bird watching.
- Head back to the lodge for your lunch and then continue to the Kyambura Gorge to track chimpanzees. If you are still on time, you can go for a forest walk in the Maramagambo forest to explore the bat cave as you look for pythons that feed on these bats. Dine and slumber at the lodge.

Day 7: Transfer to Bwindi Forest
- Have an early breakfast and drive to Bwindi impenetrable Forest via the Ishasha region in the southern part of Queen Elizabeth. See tree-climbing lions prevalent in this area.
- Continue and have lunch along the way. Have a community walk (the Batwa -Pygmy cultural experience and entertainment) in the evening.
Enjoy dinner and slumber at the lodge of your choice.

Day 8: Gorilla Trekking in Bwindi Forest
- After breakfast, proceed to the park headquarter to be briefed about the gorilla tracking before going into the verdant forest lead by the rangers. It takes about 2 hours or even less to see amazing Bwindi giants if you are fortunate. The experience of coming face to face with these peaceful primates is very overwhelming.
Head back to the lodge, where you will have lunch after tracking the gorillas. Relax at the lodge the whole evening.

Day 9: Transfer to Kampala
- Have breakfast and later return to Kampala, having lunch along the way in Mbarara.
- Reach Kampala late in the afternoon, where you will have a city tour.
- Direct to the airport for your outbound flight back home or transfer back to your accommodation if you do not have a flight this evening.
