Day 1: Transfer to Ngorongoro Conservation Area (Approx.3hours) expand_more
Today after breakfast, you will be picked by the guide from the lodge/hotel in Arusha then embark on the drive to the Ngorongoro Conservation area, when you arrive here, you will check in at the camp then later go for a game drive and explore this jewel of a UNESCO site. Explore the Ngorongoro Crater expand_more
After breakfast, today you will descend over 600 meters to the crater floor for a half day crater tour. You will explore the forest fringed areas that are inhabited by various wildlife species like monkeys and elephants, explore the lake area, where you may see the flamingos and the open savannah where the lions hunt their prey. Have a picnic lunch set up at the crater area and afterwards, you transfer to Serengeti National Park via Olduvai Gorge. Dinner and overnight at the lodge. Have a hearty breakfast at the lodge then go for a morning game drive and browse the endless plains of the Serengeti for a chance to see the great herds of wildebeest, zebras and gazelles or a pride of lions lounging in the shade. Wildlife experience in Lake Manyara & Transfer to Arusha (Approx. 2 hours) expand_more
After an early breakfast, you will depart for a morning game drive in Lake Manyara National Park, whose inhabitants include hippos, monkeys, tree-climbing lions, flamingos and other varieties of birdlife. The drive will last about two hours and in mid-morning, drive back to Arusha. Lunch at a restaurant in Arusha town.
