1 Day Gorilla Trekking Uganda from Kigali Rwanda
- Early in the morning at 3:00 am, you will be picked from your hotel in Kigali, you will briefed about the journey and afterwards start the drive to Bwindi Impenetrable national park in Uganda. Bwindi forest is a home to half of the world’s population of mountain gorillas.
- You will arrive in good time to attend the general briefing about the Dos and Don’ts of gorilla trekking afterwards, you will be allocated to the gorilla family to visit.
- Together with a park ranger guide, you will set off to the forest for your gorilla trekking experience which will last between 3 – 6 hours in total.
- This time off course depends on the feeding and movement of the gorillas in their natural habitat. You will be allowed to spend a maximum of 1 hour with the gorillas once you find them.
- This will be the time to watch their daily activities, learn about behaviour and take photos. On return from tracking, you will be transferred back to Kigali in Rwanda and drop you off at your hotel.
