I am a graduate with a Diploma in Tourism Operations and Management from Nkumba University in Uganda and also I hold other interpretive guiding certificates both in Nature Guiding and Bird Warching.I am a motivated - result driven individual with hands on customer service and travel experience.Resourceful and proactive, I combine effective communication skills with extensive product to identify opportunities and deliver a satisfactory outcome of both customer and company whilst alone and part of a larger team. As mentioned ealier am a passionate bird guide and Cultural guide in Uganda & Rwanda, I have travelled through East Africa and loved its diversity in wildlife I have also worked with many companies both administravely, guiding & on Safari consultacy before Co- Owning Silverback Travel Company.
