  • Day 1: Kampala to Kibale Forest expand_more

    • Have an early breakfast, after which our guide will pick you from your accommodation in Entebbe or Kampala and drive you to Kibale Forest. 

    • Stop at Fort Portal for an early lunch before continuing to the forest. 

    • In the evening, explore Bigodi Swamp, where you can enjoy a memorable nature walk that will bring you closer to over 200 species of birds and 10 species of primates.

    Overnight at the Chimpanzee Guest House.

  • Day 2: Chimpanzee Tracking expand_more

    • After breakfast, drive to the Kanyanju starting point for briefing and allocation of the guides and the chimp group.

    •  If you have opted for a Chimpanzee habituation experience, you will have a packed lunch and bottled water from the lodge. The park is also known for a variety of butterflies and birds.

    • After the activity, spend the evening doing a community tour.

  • Day 3: Kibale Forest to Kampala expand_more

    • After breakfast, drive back to Kampala, making stopovers for beautiful scenery. Drive back to your residence in Kampala or, if you are continuing your journey, then to the next destination or the airport.
