Embark on the adventure at the Queen Elizabeth National Park which spans the equator line, witness the monuments on either side of the road marking the exact spot where it crosses latitude 00. uncover the park's history about its foundation in 1952 as Kazinga National Park and renamed two years later to commemorate a visit by Queen Elizabeth II. The park is home to over 95 mammal species and over 600 bird species. Explore the Katwe explosion craters which mark the park’s highest and lowest point at Lake Edward.

3 Days Adventure at Queen Elizabeth National Park & Boat Cruise in Uganda
Day1
- Meet the professional driver/guide at the airport upon arrival. After receiving a briefing about the safari, you will be transfered to Queen Elizabeth National Park.
- Stop at the Ugandan equator in Kayabwe for water experiments, photos, and souvenir shopping.
- After lunch at Igongo Cultural Centre in Mbarara, continue southwest and head for the Western Rift Valley.
- Enter the park with a mini-game drive, searching for wildlife including Waterbucks, Bushbucks, Kobs, Buffaloes, Elephants, Jackals, Hippos, Warthogs, Lions, and Leopards.
- Proceed to Twin Lakes Safari Lodge for check-in, followed by dinner and an overnight stay.

Day 2: Safari Experience
- Start the day with a morning game drive to the Kasenyi plains and Kobs mating grounds. Search for wildlife that includes Bushbucks, Waterbucks, Elephants, Buffaloes, Lions, Leopards, and other species in their natural habitat. The game drive lasts 3-4 hours before returning for breakfast.
- In the afternoon, embark on a boat cruise along the Kazinga Channel, the natural link between Lake Edward and Lake George. Witness abundant wildlife, including birds fishing and hippos cooling off at the shores.
- End the day with a delicious dinner and an overnight stay at Twin Lakes Safari Lodge.

Day 3: Safari - Departure
- After breakfast, visit Katwe Salt Lake, the largest of the two productive salt lakes in the park and western Uganda.
- Observe salt extraction by the local communities, which serves a livelihood for their families, and learn about the protective gear required for their work.
- Proceed to Entebbe with a lunch stopover in Mbarara and later to Entebbe for souvenir shopping and conclude the tour by driving to Entebbe or your destination in Kampala.
