Embark on this adventurous cultural safari that takes you to Jinja, home of the source of the Nile, for white water rafting on the world’s longest river and a boat ride to the source of the Nile. Journey to Sipi Falls, the most beautiful fall providing beautiful scenery and outstanding opportunities for photo shoots, to Mabira forest for an adventure.
Itinerary

Day 1: Arrival
- Arrive in Entebbe following the flight from your country of origin. Land at Entebbe international airport, the primary gateway to the pearl of Africa, where you will find a guide dedicated to offering you a courteous welcome to the pearl of Africa. After a short briefing of the safari, you will connect to the hotel in Entebbe for relaxation, dinner and overnight.

Day 2: Transfer to Jinja
- After having breakfast, embark on a 2-3hours drive to Jinja, a significant historical town of Uganda famous for the source of the Nile, where the world’s longest river exits Africa’s(lake Victoria) largest lake to start an epic journey of 6650km into the Mediterranean sea, drive through Lugazi sugarcane plantation, Mabira forest.
- On arrival, check in at the hotel and embark on white water rafting. Return for lunch and relaxation at the hotel. After lunch, embark on a 2-hour thrilling boat cruise to the source of the Nile.
Return to the lodge for dinner and an overnight stay.

Day 3: Bagisu Cultural Experience
- After an early breakfast, embark on a 2-3hours journey to Mbale. On arrival, checking the hotel, relax, have lunch and head for the Bagisu cultural experience known as kadodi dance. Enjoy a cultural dance “Mwanga dance” a ceremonial initiation circumcision dance for a boy to transition into a man.
- Ringing bells are attached to the participant, fiddles, flutes and several traditional songs are all combined into a memorable event. The participant is escorted by the entire community as they make rounds in the village before finally going for the final and most important event.
Retire for dinner and overnight.

Day 4: Visit Nyero Rock Paints
- After an early morning breakfast, embark on a 55km journey to Kumi for Nyero rock paintings
- Nyero rocking painting is among the oldest historical sites that are extremely interesting to visit so as you enjoy the untold historical stories of the site has 3 rocks shelter panels that are found on the granite outlook of MoruIkara; the rock painting features include the stone age people and animals. The paintings are estimated to be between 3000 – 12,000 years old.
- On arrival, relax, have lunch and embark on a tour of the Nyero rock painting.
Later in the evening, embark on a journey back to the Hotel for relaxation, dinner and overnight.

Day 5: Hiking Sipi falls and Abseiling
- After an early morning breakfast, embark on a 1hour drive to Sipi Falls in Kapchorwa, where you will explore the 3 different sets of falls.
- On arrival, check-in, get packed food for lunch at Sipi river lodge and proceed for hiking and abseiling.
Return to Mbale for relaxation, dinner and overnight.

Day 6: Transfer to Mabira forest
- After early morning breakfast, embark on a 3-4-hour drive to Mabira forest. On arrival, check in to the hotel, relax and have lunch. Proceed for a nature walk in the evening to see various species in the Mabira forest.
Return to camp for relaxation, dinner and overnight.

Day 7: Zip lining and transfer back to Kampala
- After an early breakfast, undertake a zip-lining adventure in the Mabira forest. Prepare for lunch and embark on a drive back to Kampala.
