Itinerary

1. Day 1: Kampala - Lake Mburo National Park

   • Your guide will pick you up, will then brief you on how the tour is going to be conducted then you will set off to the park.
   • You will make a stop-over at mpambire in mpigi to meet the Baganda royal drum makers who craft royal drums using methods that have been passed on from generation to generation.
   • You will then continue the journey and make another stop-over at the equator at kayabwe Masaka road the line that divides the world into two parts, the southern and the northern part of the world for photos and the water experiment an also souvenirs that are sold in the art shops around.
   • You will then continue your journey to the park. Upon arrival, you will check-in to your hotels and have lunch,rest then get ready for the nature walk.
   • After the nature walk you will return at your hotel for dinner and overnight.

2. Day 2: Morning game drive and launch cruise

   • You will enjoy your morning with breakfast with the hissing calls from different bird species. Then you will prepare for the morning game drive where you will be able to take photos and videos, expect to see many animals like zebras, impalas, antelopes, and hippos, among others and different birds.
   • You will then come back for lunch and take a rest where you will be preparing for the afternoon boat cruise. Expect to see more aquatic animals like crocodiles, buffaloes, among others and birds like king fishers, the rare shoe bill, oribi, among others.
   • You will then return for dinner at your hotel and then enjoy the rest of the night.

3. Day 3: Kampala

   • Start the day with an early morning breakfast and embark on a short cycling safari around the park giving you a chance to ride among the zebras in the open savannah and enjoy the slender mongoose on the avid mountain cycling for the most adventurous and energetic cyclists. Retreat from the activity, relax, check out and embark on your journey back to Kampala with a stopover at the equator for a delicious lunch, then proceed with your journey to Kampala.
