Description
Embark on a wilderness safari to track gorillas and chimpanzees in two famous National Parks of Uganda: the Bwindi National Park and the Kibale National Park. Take beautiful pictures as you pass through the Equator, go on exciting game drives to spot varied wildlife, and learn about the culture and lifestyle of the local people by visiting the Pygmies and Batwas.

Day 1: Entebbe/Kampala - Bwindi Impenetrable Forest
- After sunrise breakfast, we will begin our road trip to Bwindi arriving at Lake Bunyonyi on the eastern side of this amazing forest of Bwindi Impenetrable Forest, home to the Mountain Gorillas.
- Road trip stopovers should be expected during the trip, especially in places of interest like the Equator mark at Kayabwe, Mbarara town, Kagezi hills and many beautiful types of scenery.

Day 2: Gorilla Tracking
- After breakfast, inaugurate the hindmost Mountain Gorilla experience as the guide drives the guests to the Uganda Wildlife Authority point where permanenting about trekking these endangered species is done.
- After you will be apportioned in groups with an experienced game ranger as a ‘head trekker’ for safety and guidance. The process goes between 1 to 8 hours reckoning on how providential you are tracking the gorillas. An hour of interoperating and photography experience is conceded to the guests and Trekking certificates from Uganda Wildlife Authority are awarded on return.

Day 3: Kibale Forest
- Take a guided walk in the forest (Bwindi Impenetrable Forest). Visit local villages, schools, hospitals, or clinic centres and learn about the amazing ways of life of the local community.
- Go to Bwindi Community hospital which provides vital medical and educational services to more than 6500 members of the community, and where donations of any kind to help the community are appreciated by community leaders. Touring the local tea processing corporation which is the community job platform from where the locals earn a living is also a very rewarding experience.
- This walk is also the surest way of experiencing the amazing cultures and traditions, plus interacting with the Batwa and pygmy communities inhabiting the area.

Day 4: Chimpanzee tracking in Kibale National Park
- After Breakfast, drive to the Uganda Wildlife Authority headquarters for the briefing before conjugating a group headed by an experienced game ranger or guide who is to be your head for the trekking activity in the Kibale Forest. Keep in mind Chimpanzees live in groups of between 50-150 individuals and during the day, they break up into small groups to attenuate contention on their resources and they regroup in the evening as they build their nests. An hour of interaction is conceded and a certificate afterwards.
- Reciprocate for lunch and relax waiting for the Bigodi wetland or village evening walk.

Day 5: Entebbe/Kampala Departure
- After breakfast, drive to Entebbe/Kampala no major activity but to rest and enjoy the city view or to catch a flight back home. If time consents arrangements can be made to visit Entebbe Wildlife Center, Ngamba Islands and Entebbe Botanical Gardens.
