I am in the tourist business since 1999.I am a professional tour guide who graduated with guides' courses in Sevastopol in 1999.I am a member of the World Federation of Tourist Guides Associations (since 2010).I also have the Certificate of Graduation of Tourist Guide Training on Communications Skills and Practical Guiding Techniques (2006).In addition to leading my own private tours for individuals, couples, families, students, and seniors, I have freelanced with different tour companies in Russia.Here are some of my credentials: The State Russian Tour Guide Badge that allows to organize tours all over Crimea (1999, reaffirmed in 2002 and 2008 ), Certificate of Graduation Tourist Guide Training Course on communication skills and practical guiding techniques (USAID\BIZPRO Tourism development in Ukraine), 2006.Individual Member of the World Federation of Tourist Guides Associations, 2011.
