Itinerary

1. Day 1: Arrival in Arusha

   • Arrive at Kilimanjaro International Airport and transfer to your lodge at the base of Mount Meru.
   • Spend the rest of the day exploring the lush gardens or enjoying a refreshing dip in the pool.
   • In the evening, indulge in a delightful dinner featuring local and international cuisine with a briefing of the incoming adventure.

2. Day 2: Tarangire National Park

   • Embark on a scenic drive to Tarangire National Park, renowned for its majestic baobab trees and large herds of elephants.
   • Upon arrival, immerse yourself in the park’s unique landscapes during a thrilling game drive. Witness diverse wildlife, including giraffes, lions, and many bird species.
   • Enjoy a picnic lunch amidst the park's natural beauty.
   • In the late afternoon, explore and look for elusive leopards and cheetahs.
   • In the evening, head to your charming lodge or tented camp within the park for dinner and overnight.

3. Day 3: Serengeti National Park

   • Set off early for the world-famous Serengeti National Park. The journey is a visual treat, taking you through the picturesque Great Rift Valley and the Ngorongoro Conservation Area.
   • Arrive in central Serengeti during lunchtime, then embark on your first game drive in this iconic park. The Serengeti’s vast plains are home to an incredible array of wildlife, including the Big Five.
   • Witness the breathtaking beauty of the savannah as you search for lions, elephants, and possibly the great wildebeest migration.
   • Return to your luxurious lodge or camp for dinner under the stars.

4. Day 4: Northern Serengeti

   • Enjoy a full day of exploration in the Northern Serengeti. Your game drives will take you through diverse habitats, from open plains to riverine forests—Marvel at the sheer diversity of animals, including wildebeest, zebras, and numerous predators. Enjoy a picnic lunch amidst nature’s splendour, and continue your adventure in the afternoon.
   • In the evening, return to your camp, where you can unwind by the campfire and share stories of the day’s sightings.

5. Day 5: Northern Serengeti

   • Spend another day in the Northern Serengeti and embark on two game drives, providing the best opportunities to witness wildlife activity.
   • Journet through the Mara River, famous for dramatic river crossings during the migration, is a highlight of this region. Keep your camera ready to capture the action as wildebeest and zebras brave the crocodile-infested waters.
   • Between game drives, relax at your camp, enjoying the tranquil surroundings and exceptional hospitality.
   • In the evening, savour a gourmet dinner and perhaps participate in a night game drive to see the nocturnal animals.

6. Day 6: Northern Serengeti to Ngorongoro Conservation Area

   • Embark on a scenic transfer game drive from Serengeti to the Ngorongoro Conservation Area.
   • En route, relish the changing landscapes and continue spotting wildlife.
   • Arrive at your lodge on the Ngorongoro Crater rim in time for lunch.
   • In the afternoon, relax and take in the breathtaking views of the crater.
   • In the evening, gather for a pre-dinner briefing about the next day’s crater adventure.

7. Day 7: Ngorongoro Crater and Departure

   • Descend into the Ngorongoro Crater and spend the day exploring the crater floor, encountering elephants, rhinos, lions, and many other species.
   • Enjoy a picnic lunch by the hippo pool, surrounded by the dramatic crater walls.
   • In the afternoon, ascend the crater and start your journey back to Arusha to conclude your journey.
