Itinerary

1. Day 1: Arusha/ Tarangire National Park

   • Reach Kilimanjaro at 8:00 am and meet the driver who will brief about the tour before driving to Tarangire Park by Land cruiser, crossing the Maasai Steppe on the way to Tarangire National Park.

   • Cross the Masai steppe on the way to reach Tarangire Park by Land cruiser.

   • Enjoy a full day game drive in the park. Soon, the impressive Great Rift Valley Escarpment will come into view. Elephants, buffalos, pythons can be seen regularly in the path.

   • Meander along bush tracks and explore the Tarangire River’s twists and turns, finding elephant drinking and playing in the refreshing waters.

   • Proceed to the lodge late in the afternoon and relax before dinner.

   Dinner and overnight at Maramboi Tented camp or Wildpalm campsite.

2. Day 2: Tarangire/Serengeti Park

   • Depart for Serengeti after having breakfast.

   • Move around the southern edge of the crater rim, spotting the occasional hyena, elephant or African buffalo along the way.

   • Arrive at famed Serengeti National Park. The plains seem endless from this vantage point.

   • Stop to enjoy picnic lunch at Naabi Hill before meandering through the wildlife-rich central Serengeti.

   • Settle into the unique camp later in the evening before going to the camp dining area for some palate teasers in anticipation of a scrumptious meal this evening.

   • Gather around the campfire before heading off to bed.

   Overnight at Serengeti Sopa lodge or Pimbi campsite.

3. Day 3: Serengeti Full Day Game Drive

   • Discover Serengeti game drives and watch Cheetahs, Leopards, and Lions today.

   • Go out for sunrise game drive at 06:30 am followed by b/fast at 08:30 am. and enjoy more game drive till Lunch time (Hot lunch).

   • Have lunch and proceed with the afternoon game drive to sunset then drive back for dinner.

   Overnight at Serengeti Sopa lodge or Pimbi campsite.

4. Day 4: Serengeti/Ngorongoro Crater

   • Sunrise game drives start at 06:30 am till 11:00 am. Stop for Brunch (Breakfast and lunch put together).

   • Depart for the Ngorongoro Crater with game drive en-route.

   • Make a brief stop at  Olduvai Gorg museum to view some of the incredible findings of Drs. Louis and Mary Leakey.

   Overnight at Ngorongoro Sopa lodge or Simba campsite.

5. Day 5: Ngorongoro Crater Floor/ Arusha

   • Spend a full day exploring the crater floor. This area is world-renowned for its reputation and remains one of the only places on earth where one can see all of the Big Five at once: Lion, Leopard, Bull Elephant, African Buffalo and Black Rhino.

   • Enjoy a special boxed lunch at a scenic picnic spot.

   • Descend out of the crater and drive back to Arusha for dinner.

   Overnight at planet lodge.
