Description
Marangu waterfall is situated on the foothills of Kilimanjaro, about a 40-minute drive from Moshi town. The source of the waterfall comes directly from the glacier on top of the mountain. To reach it, we have to pass through a hiking trail with exotic plants and lush forest.

Marangu Waterfalls
- After pick-up at the meeting point, we will spend some time with the Chagga tribe. Then, it is time to explore the Marangu Waterfalls. We hike through the tropical rainforest, leading us across monkeys, tropical birds and stunning landscapes.
The local guide will explain about the tropical plants and flowers during the walk, and after 40 minutes, you will reach the waterfall. The source of the waterfall comes directly from the glacier of the Kilimanjaro. Its crystal-clear water is a refreshing natural shower or a stunning place to swim, so don’t forget your swimsuit! Here, we will take our lunch and enjoy the scenery of this hidden waterfall.
