Itinerary

Day 1- Arrival
- Upon your arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport, you’ll meet our office representative, followed by an hour's drive to the hotel in Moshi Town.
- After having a short rest at the hotel, our mountain guide will meet you to check your climbing gear and equipment. If some gears are missing, our guide will help you how to rent those missing gears from the rental shops.

Day 2- From Hotel to Machame gate-Machame Camp
- It takes a one-hour private drive to reach Machame gate, passing through the villages located on the lower slopes of the Mountain.
- At the gate, you’ll register all the important details like name, Nationality, and passport number.
- While the registration process is taking place, porters will sort and weigh the luggage.
- You will have spare time to move around, take photos, and read the historical information of Kilimanjaro Mountain.

Day 03: From Machame Camp to Shira Camp
- After breakfast at Machame camp, you will slowly hike up to the next camp, leaving the rainforest and entering the moorland vegetation.
- You will cross many streams and walk a rocky ridge onto the Shira plateau that leads you to Shira camp, (3,840m).
- At the camp, you will spend the remaining time for rest, dinner, and overnight.

Day 04: From Shira camp to Barranco Camp, via Lava Tower
- Leaving Shira after breakfast start ascending to Barranco campsite, passing through moorland to a semi-desert and rocky landscape.
- A break for lunch will be at Lava Tower (4630m) before starting to hike down to the camp (3950m).
- At this pass, climbers may experience the effects of high altitude like headache and shortness of breath.

Day 05: From Barranco camp to Karanga Valley Camp
- After breakfast at Barranco camp you will have a short hike to Karanga camp, where you will spend the remaining time for hot lunch, dinner, and overnight.

Day 06: From Karanga Camp to Barafu base camp
- At Barafu base camp you will have a rest, dinner, and early sleeping because you will awake at midnight for the summit attempt.
- Around 01:00 am, the guide will wake you to get well prepared with the summit gear, and warm clothes that can accommodate up to -10 degrees Celsius.
- After all process is done, the guide will slowly lead you to hike up for the summit attempt, passing through Stella Point, (5685m) to Uhuru Peak (5895). Congratulation!
- You have made it to the top of Africa; you are now standing at Africa’s highest point ‘Uhuru Peak’.

Day 07: From the summit (Uhuru-Peak) to Barafu base camp- Mweka Camp
- The beginning of the sixth day will catch you at the peak if the weather is good, you will be able to spend a couple of minutes at the peak, taking a beautiful photo while sunrise, drinking tea on your thermal bottle before start descending to Barafu camp.
- At Barafu camp you will have time to rest, before continuing to hike down to Millemium/Mweka camp for lunch, dinner, and overnight.

Day 08: From Mweka camp to Mweka Gate
- It’s the end of 8 days in the jungle, the morning of this day you will be packing all of your stuff ready to leave the park.
- Crew will be seen organizing and sorting all stuff for marking the end of the tour. They will be singing, celebrating, and congratulating you for a successful climb.
- After all that you will hike down to Mweka gate, where you will sign out and receive certificates for those who made their summit attempt successfully.
- An hour's drive from the gate will drop you to the hotel in town, ready for rest, waiting for the safari tour the next day.

Day 09: Full-day game drive in Tarangire National Park
- Drive from Moshi/Arusha to Tarangire National Park, a full-day game drive in Tarangire National Park; exit the park late afternoon to Mto wa Mbu town for rest, dinner, and overnight.

Day 10: Half-day Serengeti National Park Game Drive
- Long drive from Mto wa Mbu town to Serengeti National Park via the Ngorongoro crater, having time to view the crater from the upper rim and pay some visit a Maasai Boma while you are on game en route to Serengeti.
- You will enter the Serengeti Nabi gate, in the afternoon hours, where you will spend an hour for registration lunch, and evening game drives.

Day 11: Full-day game drive Central-North Serengeti
- The game drive will start early in the morning so you will be able to spot Leopards that are very rare to be seen during the daytime and difficult to be seen on the other National Parks.
- The game drive will continue up to the afternoon where you will have a short rest for lunch before continuing up to late evening, then drive back to your lodge/camping site rest, dinner, and overnight.

Day 12: Half-day game drives Central-South Serengeti
- After breakfast, you will have a half day game drive before exiting the Serengeti National Park, to Ngorongoro for rest, dinner, and overnight.
- Additional tour visit to Olduvai Gorge is an optional with some extra payments.

Day 13: Full-day game drive in Ngorongoro Crater
- After breakfast, you will start a game drive at the rim of the Crater before down-sloping to the Crater where you will discover the wonderful nature of creation.
- In the crater, you will see different species of birds, hippo pools, herds of Wildebeest, Zebra, Buffalo, Lions, and black Rhino in its natural habitat, and if lucky you can see a Leopard and cheater.
- Afternoon times you will have a rest for lunch at the picnic site near the large hippo pool, after a lunch break you will continue with the game drive up to late afternoon when you will drive to Karatu town for rest, dinner, and overnight.

Day 14: Half-day game drive in Lake Manyara National Park
- On this day you will have half-day game drives in Lake Manyara National Park, a later afternoon drive to Arusha/Moshi town for rest, and overnight or drive to the airport if departure is the same day.
