- On this day, you will be picked up very early in the morning from your hotel in Mombasa town or at your beach hotel in Mombasa or Diani Beach.
- You will follow the Mombasa – Nairobi highway in a scenic 2-hour drive that will take you to the Bachuma gate, where you make a brief stop for registration as you stretch your legs and refresh.
- After the registration, you will enter the park and start your first game drive right away from the gate with a brief stop at the famous Aruba Dam, where animals converge for the precious drop of water while the large Nile Crocodiles prey on them.
- You will then proceed to your lodge, checking in for lunch and some rest.
- You may take a nap after your lunch or dip in the swimming pool to cool down before you leave for the sunset game drive that will start at around 4.00 pm.
- Your evening game drive presents an opportunity to spot many animal species that roam the Tsavo East National Park: elephants, lions, zebras, giraffes, warthogs, buffaloes, waterbucks, hartebeests, impalas, jackals and many other animals. More than 600 bird species have been recorded in this part, also referred to as the Theater of the wild.

Day 2: Tsavo East National Park to Amboseli National Park
- Continues today to the Amboseli National Park, with a very early breakfast this day.
- By 7.00 am, you will leave your lodge or camp so that you may do game viewing on your way out of the Tsavo East National Park.
- This gives you the chance to spot the diurnal species at their most active time of the day and try your luck in spotting some nocturnal animals as they retire from a night out of hunting.
- Today, it is a long drive with approximately 280 km on the road, first along the Mombasa – Nairobi highway.
- On arrival at the Iremito Gate, you will register to access Amboseli National Park, then head straight to your lodge/camp with game viewing along the way.
- You will be arriving in time for lunch followed by some rest. Then your 4-day safari package continues with an evening game drive in the Amboseli. The sunset game drive offers you a chance to spot many animals, including the famous gigantic elephants that call the greater Amboseli Ecosystem home.
- Apart from Amboseli, you expect to spot lions, zebras, bushbucks, gazelles, gnus, cheetahs, hyenas, and many others.
- Amboseli is a birders haven with aquatic birdlife that thrive in the swampy areas in the heart of this small park in southern Kenya. With a clear sky, you will get the best shots of the famous Mount Kilimanjaro, and who knows… you may be lucky to get a snapshot of your favourite postcard pictures of elephants with Mount Kilimanjaro in the background.
- Later in the evening, you will check-in back at the lodge or camp for the night.

- Proceed towards the Mzima Springs where you will also step out of the van again for a nature walk guided by an armed ranger.
- You will get the opportunity to venture into the underground glass-walled observatory chamber to watch crocodiles and hippos as well as fish of different species.
