Day 1: Dar es Salaam to Iringa Town
Pick up from the hotel in Dar es Salaam and embark on an 8-hour drive to Iringa town as you enjoy the beautiful countryside with occasional stops on the way for breakfast, lunch and sightseeing of the up-country.
Reach Iringa, stay in a lodge in Iringa town, a pleasant historical small town overlooking the Ruaha River. Ruaha National Park is located 120 km away from Iringa town.
Have dinner at 7:30 pm and stay overnight at Iringa Sun-Set Hotel in Iringa town.

Day 2: Iringa Town to Ruaha National Park
Drive to Ruaha National Park, passing through a 2-hour never-ending rough road.
Go for a full-day game drive in the park and enjoy lunch afterwards.
Indulge in game drive until evening.
Have dinner at 7:30 pm and stay overnight at the magical Ruaha River Lodge inside Ruaha National Park.
