Pick up from your hotel in Zanzibar early in the morning between 5:00 and 5:15 AM.
Transfer to Zanzibar Airport for your domestic flight.
Fly from Zanzibar to Mikumi Airstrip between 7:00 and 8:00 AM.
Meet your driver-guide upon arrival at Mikumi Airstrip at 8:10 AM.
Receive a briefing on the day’s game drive.
Embark on a game drive in a 4x4 safari vehicle from 8:30 AM to 12:30 PM, exploring Mikumi National Park and spotting diverse wildlife.
Enjoy a bush lunch picnic from 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM at a scenic location, often near a waterhole.
Continue the afternoon game drive from 1:30 PM to 4:30 PM to maximize wildlife viewing opportunities.
