Description
Approaching the north's summit, close to the Kenyan border, the Rongai route is unique in its more gradual ascent of Mount Kilimanjaro boasting the opportunity to experience some untouched wilderness. Along this trek is not unlikely for you to see some of Africa’s wildlife, for instance, elephants, antelopes, and buffalo. Due to its gradual slope, trekkers on this route are more likely to suffer from altitude sickness.
