Day 1: Tarangire National Park
Your safari guide will pick you up from your Hotel; after breakfast, you will drive to Tarangire National Park. This transit drive is approximately two and a half hours on good tarmac roads. The Park is named after the Tarangire River, which runs through it. This is the only water source for wildlife in all Tarangire ecosystem regions during the dry season. The Park is well known for its elephant families, which can often be seen congregating on the river. You may also see giraffes, bushbuck, and hartebeest. Predators closely follow these animals, including lions, leopards, and hyenas. More bird-breeding species are found in Tarangire than anywhere else on the planet! The huge and ancient Baobab trees can be seen here. Some are said to have lived for over a thousand years. Lunch will be at a picnic site inside the Park. After your game drive, you will transit to your booked lodge for dinner and overnight

Day 2: Serengeti National Park
The Serengeti is truly spectacular. It is famous for its vast open grasslands, allowing excellent wildlife sightings. The Serengeti's climate and vegetation have remained largely untouched for millions of years. Whilst it boasts abundant wildlife, it is perhaps best known for the annual Great Migration. Vast numbers of wildebeest, accompanied by large numbers of zebra and antelope, move annually, constantly seeking fresh grazing. The migration can be found any month; you just need to know where to look! The question should really be about the 'best places' to see the animals during a certain time of year. In addition to the iconic landscapes, you have a good chance of encountering predators, and you may see lions, cheetahs, and leopards. It is a truly life-changing experience. In the late afternoon, after the game drive, you will drive to your booked lodge for dinner and overnight at Serengeti Heritage tented camp

Day 3: Serengeti – Ngorongoro Crater
On this day, we suggest a very early wake-up call to do an early morning game drive (when the animals are more active) and see one of the best sunrises you'll ever witness. After the game drive, we'll return to the camp for a rewarding brunch, and then we'll proceed to Ngorongoro, the 8th Wonder of the Natural World. The crater spreads for 102 sq miles and has 2,000 ft high walls, making it virtually Noah's ark and inhabiting almost every species of wildlife that is indigenous to East Africa. It's one of the very rare locations in the whole continent where you can witness the black rhino. The crater has a river, several swamps, a soda lake with a great concentration of flamingos, a forest, and open plains. It's also famous for its elephants, which are the largest in the world and have huge tusks. Ngorongoro Crater is truly a Wonder of nature, and you will reach Ngorongoro in time for a sundowner. Dinner and overnight stay at Ngorongoro Wild Camp.

Day 4: Ngorongoro Crater
We will start the day very early in the morning and descend into the crater floor for an incredible morning of wildlife in one of the most stunning places on Earth. After the game drive, there will be time for a picnic lunch near the beautiful Hippo Lake. After lunch, we will have time for a short game drive, ascend the crater, and exit the Ngorongoro Conservation Area towards Arusha. We expect to be back in Arusha at around 5 p.m., although we are flexible if there is a flight to catch or another situation.
