Itinerary

1. Day 1: Arusha – Tarangire National Park

   • Pick up at Hotel enroute to Tarangire National Park.

   • Open the roof of the vehicle and the extensive wildlife watch can begin. 

   • Lunch at a picnic spot

   • Take more time to see this amazing and beautiful park.

   • Late afternoon, leave Tarangire National Park and stay for the night in tents at a nearby campsite. 

    Lunch and dinner provided

2. Day 2: Tarangire National Park – Ngorongoro Conservation Area

   • Drive past the Rift Valley (Africa’s Graben fault) up to the cooler regions of the crater uplands. The Ngorongoro Crater is almost 600m deep and in this massive caldera, you will find an amazing variety of animals.

   • Alongside the “big five” (elephants, buffaloes, lions, leopards and rhinoceros), you will find virtually all of the animals that can be found in the entire East African savannah.

   • Choose a picnic spot and have lunch.

   • Rest of the afternoon will be devoted to more wildlife watching.

   • Leave the crater and drive to the campsite, which is situated directly on the crater's edge and offers fantastic evening views across the crater.

   Breakfast, lunch & dinner provided. 

3. Day 3: Ngorongoro Conservation Area – Lake Manyara National Park – Arusha

   • Early birds can enjoy watching the sunrise over the Ngorongoro Crater – something that should not be missed and is well worth getting up for.

   • After breakfast, leave the crater highlands and continue the “Northern Circuits” tour to the next national park in Tanzania.

   • Watch the proud elephants with their impressive tusks searching for food and doing their daily business. See giraffes, buffaloes, gazelles, antelopes, baboons

   • After an intensive wildlife tour, Leave the national park and return to Arusha.
