    • Pick up from the hotel in Stone Town at 9.00 am and drive to the Shamba spice farm at Kizimbani. Walk around the farm with the guide and see how the spices, herbs and fruits are cultivated. Smell and taste the spices, herbs and tropical fruits such as clove, lemongrass, nutmeg, cinnamon, turmeric, vanilla, coconuts, papaya, chilli, black pepper, jackfruit, cardamom, cassava and oranges.

    Return to the hotel.
