It is where buffalo, antelope, giraffe, warthog, zebra and gazelle, leopard and elephant live all year round and around Arusha National Park. During a game drive, you will have an armed ranger for the trek as you will be on a walking safari in Arusha National Park at some points. He will guide you through the lush forest to the crystal waterfall and take you to see the black and white colobus monkeys. Overnight at a hotel in Arusha.

The African elephant is the largest land mammal in Tarangire National Park; the herds are enough to see. Tarangire wildlife includes elephants, lions, giraffes, warthog, ostrich, impala, cheetah, mongoose, buffalo and baboon. We drive to Mto wa Mbu, arriving late afternoon, where you can rest, spend the night and have dinner.
-
Day 3: Mto wa Mbu to Serengeti National Park
- Accommodations: Client’s selection of public campsite/ tented campsite/ Lodges
- After a fascinating breakfast, continue your journey from Mto wa Mbu to the Serengeti National Park early in the morning. One that contains the largest concentration of wildlife in the world, including zebra, gazelle, lion, wildebeest, elephant and giraffe. The seasonal wildebeest migration is a magnificent sight from the Serengeti National Park. Serengeti means "an endless plain". We stop for lunch in a kopje, and the safari goes deeper into the park. Once the game drive ends, we drive to the accommodation site, where a delicious dinner and overnight stay are offered.
-
Day 4: Serengeti National Park to Ngorongoro Crater
- Accommodations: Client’s selection of public campsite/ tented campsite/ Lodges
- Our fourth day of the early morning Tanzania safari begins after breakfast, and we prepare to descend to the rim of Ngorongoro Crater. Remains left behind by predators such as tree-climbing lions can be seen on the prowl. The area is home to leopard, cheetah, buffalo, eland, wild dog, crocodile, monkey, baboon, hippo, rhino and various antelope. A delicious lunch will be served in the park. We will drive you to the Ngorongoro Conservation Area in the afternoon for dinner and an overnight stay.

Day 5: Ngorongoro Crater to Lake Manyara National Park
- Accommodations: Client’s selection of public campsite/ tented campsite/ Lodges

The diversity of wildlife, fauna and flora are features ascribed to the title "Africa's Garden of Eden". Few animals migrate in and out of the crater, so there is a high chance of seeing all members of the (Big 5) in one day. You will also see vultures, zebras, hippos, wildebeests and hyenas. The alkaline lake attracts flamingos, geese and storks to the center of Ngorongoro Crater. With our dedicated, trained and experienced Afro Vertex Tours and Safaris, your guide will ensure you discover all the magnificent natural wonders in Ngorongoro Crater. We climb to Ngorongoro Crater and drive to Lake Manyara National Park, where you will have dinner and spend the night.
-
Day 6: Lake Manyara National Park to Arusha/Moshi
- Your final safari day begins with breakfast and then takes you to Lake Manyara National Park, which stretches across the base of the Rift Valley escarpment. Lake Manyara National Park is a wildlife sanctuary of forests, dry scrub, Soda Lake and a bird lover's paradise. The forest is mesmerizing with the chirping of the birds and the fluttering antics of the monkeys in the forest; Giraffes roam the savannah and lions rest in the trees, others rest in the shade of the trees, while families of hippos bathe in the waters of Soda Lake. Enjoy a delicious picnic lunch in the park before returning to Moshi/Arusha, where your best safari adventure ends. On request, we can arrange a transfer to Arusha/Kilimanjaro Airport.
