1. Full-Day Itinerary for Arusha National Park

   Morning (Sunrise to Midday - Focus on Wildlife and Nature Walks)

   6:00 AM – Early Start and Breakfast.

   • Enjoy a quick breakfast at your accommodation in Arusha town or near the park.

   • Early start for better wildlife sightings as animals are more active during cooler hours.

   6:30 AM – Transfer to Arusha National Park.

   • Depart for Arusha National Park, approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour from Arusha town.

   7:30 AM – Park Entry and Initial Game Drive.

   • Complete entry formalities and begin your first game drive.

   • Focus on areas near the entrance to spot giraffes, zebras, buffaloes, and antelopes.

   9:00 AM – Guided Walking Safari.

   • Experience a walking safari, one of the few permitted in northern Tanzania.

   • Get closer to the park’s flora and fauna, learn about animal tracks, and explore on foot.

   • Popular walking routes: Tululusia Falls or Momella Lakes area.

   • An armed ranger will accompany you for safety.

   11:00 AM – Visit Tululusia Falls.

   • Hike to the stunning Tululusia Falls.

   • Enjoy the cascading water and lush surroundings.

   • Perfect for photography and a refreshing break.

   Afternoon (Midday to Late Afternoon - Lakes and Crater Exploration).

   12:30 PM – Picnic Lunch by the Momella Lakes.

   • Enjoy a packed lunch at a scenic picnic spot near the Momella Lakes.

   • Great spot for birdwatching, including flamingos.

   • Watch waterbucks and other animals grazing nearby.

   2:00 PM – Canoe Safari on the Momella Lakes.

   • Experience a canoe safari on one of the Momella Lakes (Small or Big Momella).

   • A peaceful activity for bird watching and getting close to animals at the water’s edge.

   3:30 PM – Drive to Ngurdoto Crater Viewpoint.

   • Drive towards the Ngurdoto Crater Viewpoint.

   • Enjoy stunning panoramic views of the crater floor, home to buffaloes, baboons, and birds.

   • A “mini Ngorongoro Crater” experience with fantastic photo opportunities.

   Evening (Late Afternoon to Return).
