Itinerary

Day 1: Arusha/Moshi to Arusha National Park and Return to Arusha

Morning
- Enjoy a hearty breakfast at your hotel in Arusha/Moshi.
- Begin your scenic drive to Arusha National Park.
- Game Drive:
  - Explore diverse landscapes like the picturesque Momella Lakes and the lush Ngurdoto Crater.
  - Spot the famous Fig tree (Ficus thonningii), large enough to allow your safari jeep to pass underneath.
Lunch
- Stop at a designated picnic area for a packed meal surrounded by nature.
Afternoon
- Continue your game drive until around 4:00 PM.
- Return to Arusha Town to end the day’s adventure.
Day 2: Arusha to Lake Manyara National Park

Morning
- Have an early breakfast before driving directly to Lake Manyara National Park (about 2 hours from Arusha).
- Pass through the village of Mto Wa Mbu, where you can experience local culture.
Safari
- Embark on a safari to explore Lake Manyara, known for its tree-climbing lions, acacia forests, and stunning views.
- Observe a variety of wildlife, including flamingos, birds of prey, and vibrant lilac-breasted rollers.
Afternoon
- After a day of exploration, return to Moshi/Arusha, concluding your 2-day safari adventure.
