Itinerary

1. Day 1: Arusha to Serengeti

   Arrive at the airport, and meet your host (drive-guide). Your host will transfer you to Serengeti National Park for a game drive, lunch box included. Travelling time will be 6-7 hours. On the way to the great Serengeti, your route will be beautiful, for nature will be part and parcel of the journey. Imagine, before reaching the intended destination, you will have a closer view of Lake Manyara and Ngorongoro crater because the journey crosses such attractions hence making your journey filled with pure nature all over.

   Serengeti is famous for the great Wildebeest Migration that moves around the park from May to July each year and for the vast number of species that reside in the park year-round. The concentration of predators in the Serengeti is high, with a large pride of lion, numerous hyena clans, and regular sightings of cheetahs and leopards. Elephants, buffalo, giraffes, and antelope can be found feeding on the rich plains as well as some of the lesser-known species such as aardwolf, mongoose, caracal, servals, and hyrax. At the appropriate time, you will be transferred to your Serengeti Pure tented camp for dinner and overnight- FB.

2. Day 2: Central to Northern Serengeti

   Early breakfast and depart the camp with picnic lunch boxes from Central Serengeti heading north of Serengeti which is approximately 200km away with game drive en-route. The Northern Serengeti is not only famous for the great Wildebeest Migration that moves around the park from July – October every year, but also for the vast number of species that reside in the park year round. The concentration of predators in Serengeti is high with large pride of lions, numerous hyena clans, and regular sightings of both cheetah and Leopard. Later at the appropriate time you will be taken for dinner and overnight at Serengeti North Kati Kati Tented Camp- FB.

3. Day 3: Northern Serengeti

   Enjoy breakfast at the camp then after with picnic lunch boxes drive in the attractive wilderness of Northern Serengeti for a full day game drive. This wilderness remains an unexplored place packed with stunning landscapes and abundant wildlife. Travelers who visit this corner of Serengeti will be awarded with gorgeous landscapes of green rolling hills, granite outcrops, dotting open savanna and acacia woodlands. The concentration of predators in Serengeti is high with large pride of lions, numerous hyena clans, and regular sightings of both cheetah and Leopard. At the appropriate time, you will be taken for dinner and overnight at Serengeti North Kati Kati Tented Camp- FB.

4. Day 3: Northern Serengeti

   Enjoy breakfast at the camp then after with picnic lunch boxes drive in the attractive wilderness of Northern Serengeti for a full day game drive. The attractions which can be seen while on a tour around the northern Serengeti include the Mara River where wildebeest river crossings occur and other attractions include Lobo valley. The Northern Serengeti is a beautiful and quiet place typified by green rolling hills, granite outcrops and acacia woodlands. It also supports an abundance of resident wildlife including lions, elephants, giraffes, and a few oribi antelopes. Later at the appropriate time, you will drive back to Serengeti North Kati Kati Tented Camp for dinner and overnight– FB.

5. Day 5: Northern to Central Serengeti

   Breakfast, then depart with a game drive en route to the central Serengeti; this is another great day that you will get a chance to see the big five on the way. your guide will always stop in areas with attractions to keep on giving you more experience of this endless plain. The Central Serengeti is made-up of vast savannah plains, acacia woodland, rock outcrops known as kopjes like Simba kopje,  Maasai kopje and Moru kopje. The wilderness features the Seronera River, home to one of Africa’s densest populations of big cats. At the same time, lions can often be seen on the rocky outcrops, and the open savannah south of the Seronera River is prime territory for cheetahs. Your guide will always stop in areas with attractions to keep on giving you more experience of this endless plain. In the evening, you will be transferred to Serengeti Pure tented camp for dinner and overnight- FB.

6. Day 6: Central Serengeti

   Breakfast, then depart with picnic lunch boxes for a full-day game drive in the central Serengeti. Lying at the heart of Serengeti National Park is the popular region in the reserve for its abundant wildlife, large number of big cats and quintessential Serengeti landscape of acacia-studded savanna. This is another great day that you will get a chance to see the big five on the way. Dinner and spend the night at Serengeti Pure tented camp- FB.

7. Day 7: Serengeti National Park to Arusha for Departure

   Breakfast in the morning, then you will be collected from the camp and transferred 335 km from Serengeti to Arusha. Arrive at Arusha town, stop at the hotel for lunch at your own cost and after, proceed with the journey to the airport for your outbound flight.
