Born in Kigoma,western Tanzania, Abdallah Bakari Ulimwengu; commonly known as Ulimwengu is staple cultural resource provider located in Bagamoyo,Tanzania,East Africa.He is the founder and lead four guide of his company, Coastal information Center conveniently located in Stone Town Bagamoyo.

His appreciation for nature and calture began at a very early age.His first taste possibility began at age thirteen when he located from kigoma to live with his older sister in Bagamoyo in pursuit for higher education.

Ulimwengu years of formal study gave him the opportunity to learn different subjects vocations eventually leading him to study at Bagamoyo sculptural Art school.It was at this institution where Ulimwengu developed a deeper admiration for the Arts and art creation.During this time he briefly traveled to South Africa then to Zambia where his interest for travel and tourism began.Returning to Tanzania he completed his three year tenure as a student at the Bagamoyo Sculptural Art school and was subsequently selected to serve as the school secretary of the board of members and eventually becoming one of its senior art instructors he continually held these posts for eight years consecutively thereafter.

After his eight years as staff with the Bagamoyo Sculptural Art school Ulimwengu saw the opportunity to delve full time into the travel and tourism knowledgeable and able tour operator.

Joining forces with his fellow tour operators at that time the group founded Batren (Bagamoyo Tour Guides Rehabilitation Network) withthe purpose of actively fostering the tour industry in Bagamoyo.Ten years of operation with the Batren guides community, Ulimwengu decided to take his career in another direction this time establishing Batoga with a few other tour guides he knew through Batren.During his time under the Batoga umbrella, he then founded Kaole (Kalole Travel and Eco Tourism).

Kalole was owned and operated by Ulimwengu and his wife Sauda, operating for an additional six years unfortunately due to the global impact of the Corona virus outbreak the company was forced to close prematurely.

Luckily for Ulimwengu his network were by the quite impressive therefore securing him future upcoming tours by the time he launched Coastal Information Center.His reputation as a well versed and savvy guide gained him notoriety locally and internationally allowing him to successfully pivot during challenging circumstances.
