Meet your local tour guide early in the morning for pick-up and transfer to Akagera National Park. The forest-fringed lakes, papyrus swamps, savannah plains and rolling highlands has exceptional levels of biodiversity that combine to make Akagera amongst the most scenic national parks anywhere in Africa. 

Go on fun game drives here for about 5 to 6 hours to enjoy its diverse eco-regions. Enjoy the beauty of this Savannah park with elephants, zebras, giraffes, buffaloes, lions, leopards and rhinos sightings. 

Have your lunch within the designated picnic areas in the park and later return to Kigali.
