Know before you go
  • The Northern Lights appear above the clouds, so you need to consider weather forecast, cloud cover and air mass movement.

  • It is recommended to arrive at Murmansk no later than 18 pm in order to guaranteed get to the excursion on the day of arrival and departure from Murmansk not earlier than 7 am to guaranteed to get on an excursion on the last day of stay.

  • The Kola Peninsula, located beyond the Arctic Circle, is the most favourable place in Russia for observing the Northern Lights. It can be observed here 7 months a year, from September to April.

  • Extra bookings support includes ballet/opera tickets, train/metro tickets, restaurants etc (cost of the tickets not included).

  • The tour is also available in Portuguese, German, Dutch, Spanish, Turkish, Bulgarian, Cantonese and Arabic.

  • If the lightshow doesn't happen due to the weather conditions, 2000 rubles are refunded.
