Itinerary

Day 1: Arrival in Skardu
- Arrive in Islamabad and fly to Skardu.
- Meet your guide upon arrival.
- Visit Shangrila Resort and Upper Kachura Lake.
- Explore Xokh Nala if time permits.
- Check into your hotel for lunch.
- Rest or explore Skardu city and its bazaar.
Overnight stay in Skardu.
Day 2: Shigar Valley
1. Drive through the Cold Desert to Shigar.
2. Visit the historic Shigar Fort, restored by Aga Khan Cultural Services Pakistan.
3. Take a walk around Shigar village.
4. For adventure seekers, hike to Jarba Xho (one-hour trek one way).
5. Return to Skardu for an overnight stay.
Day 3: Deosai Plateau
- Depart for the Deosai Plateau.
- Stop at Sadpara Lake and Dam along the way.
- Enjoy a picnic lunch in Deosai.
- Drive back to Skardu.
- Rest at the hotel or hike to Kharpocho Fort (45-minute trek) if time permits.
Overnight stay in Skardu.
Day 4: Ghanche District
- Visit the scenic Ghanche District.
- Enjoy photography and admire the landscapes.
- Return to Skardu in the evening.
Overnight stay in Skardu.
Day 5: Manthoka Waterfall
- Depart for Kharmang district to visit Manthoka Waterfalls.
- Explore the stunning waterfall.
- Return to Skardu.
Overnight stay in Skardu.
Day 6: Departure for Islamabad
- Drop off at Skardu Airport for your flight back to Islamabad.

In such a case, registered participants will receive a full refund.

On an adventure trip of this type, weather, local politics, transport, or a variety of other factors beyond the control of organizers can result in changes to the itinerary.

It is unlikely that the itinerary would be substantially altered. If necessary, the group leader and guide will decide on the best alternative, taking into consideration the best interests of the whole group.

Smoking in the transport is strictly prohibited.

Participants must hold a valid computerized CNIC or passport card.

Time management and punctuality are strictly recommended.

Participants are advised to wear non-slippery shoes, boots, joggers, or DMS. Heels or dress shoes are not allowed.

On steep ascends in mountainous areas, air conditioning in buses will be operational on an on-off basis to prevent the vehicles from overheating.

Stunning Pakistan will not be responsible for any injury, damage, or loss.
