2-Day Colca Canyon Tour from Arequipa with Folkloric Show

• Depart from Arequipa at 8:00 a.m., heading along the road via Yura and passing the Chachani volcano.
• Pass through the Salinas National Reserve and Aguada Blanca, with a 10-minute stop where passengers can appreciate the vicuñas in their natural environment.
• Make a second stop to enjoy coca tea and help avoid the effects of the altitude, as you will already be at 3,800 meters above sea level. Continue climbing to 4,800 meters above sea level to visit the viewpoint of the volcanoes.
• After taking in the spectacular view, begin the descent to the town of Chivay, where you will arrive approximately 45 minutes later.
• At 3:00 p.m., head to the thermal baths of La Calera, where you can enjoy the thermal pools.

Overnight in Chivay.

• After breakfast at 5:30 a.m., start the trip to Colca Canyon, where the Mirador de la Cruz del Condor is located, a place to observe the spectacular flight of the condor.
• On the way back, visit the viewpoints of Antahuilque and Choquetico, from where you will be able to observe the pre-Inca tombs, models, and the beautiful landscape of the Colca Valley with its impressive terraces.
• At midday, arrive in Chivay, and after lunch, return to the city of Arequipa, arriving at approximately 5:00 p.m.
