The adventure starts early in the morning on the Panamerican highway. Paracas Bay is around 300 km south of Lima, a significant place for Peruvian history, and it is full of wildlife.
The first thing to do in Paracas is the boat tour to Ballestas Islands, full of birds, sea lions, dolphins, penguins, etc.
The next thing on the itinerary is to drive to a small local winery to learn the process of making Pisco and do some tasting.
Before going back to Lima, there is a stop at the Huacachina Oasis, where there is some time for lunch. You can walk around, practice sandboarding or enjoy free time with Pisco Sours.
