Know before you go

  • The opening hours of the reservation area are Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

  • All applications must detail the date, time and ticket; name and surname of the visitor (s), as well as age and nationality. In addition, it should be indicated if they had any allergies or food restriction.

  • All children must always be accompanied by an adult.

  • The Pisco experience is only for people over 18; in the case of children under 18, they can enjoy a “Milk Shake Experience” at the same time as adults in the same group.

  • All visitors must present their identity document at the reception at check-in.

  • Visitors must present 15 minutes in advance of the time of their reservation.

  • In case you do not arrive at the time of your reservation, you will not be able to secure the entrance to the reserved experience.
