Itinerary

Day 1: Bar Al Hikman Arrival and Beach Camping
- Meet in Seeb at 4:00 AM and enjoy a short coffee before departure from Muscat.
- Stop between 6:00 and 7:30 for a coffee and breakfast break on route.
- Arrive at Khalouf and shop at the last supermarket before entering the dirt road to Bar Al Hikman beach.
- Arrive at Bar Al Hikman and begin the distribution of camping locations and tents.
- Enjoy swimming, exploring, and admiring the beautiful views of Bar Al Hikman beach.
- Have lunch, relax, and enjoy activities such as swimming, volleyball, watching the sunset, meditation, and sound healing.
- In the evening, the tour guide team prepares dinner and a campfire with storytelling and shared life experiences.
- Enjoy stargazing and get ready for bedtime.
Day 2: Meditation, Exploration and Return
- Start the early morning with group meditation by the sea to energise the body.
- The tour guide team prepares breakfast for the group.
- Prepare to leave Bar Al Hikman and head to Khalluf to visit Khalluf Cave.
- Continue to the Sugar Sands and enjoy walking on the soft sand.
- Head to a local restaurant in Khalluf for lunch.
- After lunch, drive back to Muscat and expect to arrive between 7:30 PM and 8:00 PM.
