Claudie Favre-Hayman is a Swiss national who has been living in Dunedin for the last 20 years so we like to think she is officially a local!.Claudie is fluent in both French and English and has been working in NZ tourism her whole career.She has an in-depth understanding of what will interest visitors to the Otago region including NZ native forest and birdlife, the Dunedin music and art scene as well as knowledge and experience in wine appreciation (coming from a family of 3 generations of winegrowers in the Rhone valley in Switzerland).Claudie takes tours throughout New Zealand.Her focus in Dunedin is on the abundant natural history including flora and fauna, including nature walks and botanical experiences minutes from the city center.She can also direct you to bars and cafes selling excellent coffee and artisan wine and beer or to nightspots with European sophistication-Dunedin has something for everyone.All cafes and bars come with colorful local patrons!
