  • Day 2 : Kathmandu - Pokhara (820M/2510 Ft) expand_more

    After breakfast, we will drive from the capital city to the city of lakes, which will take about 5-6 hours. The ride to Pokhara is the best start of the journey through a beautiful route. We will be driving through snake-like roads witnessing the mesmerising view of the villages outside the valley, fields cultivated by seasonal crops, green forests, rivers, religious sites, markets and many more. Pokhara is one of the most beautiful places in Nepal and a popular tourist destination. It is also famous for its nightlife and street festivals. Our overnight will be in Pokhara.

  • Day 3: Drive From Pokhara to Nayapul (1050m/ 1 & ½ hr) & Trek to Ghandruk (1940m/5 hrs) expand_more

    The trek starts with a drive to Nayapul from Pokhara. The drive is about one and a half hours. The original trek starts from Nayapul. From here, you will start your trek to Ghandruk. It takes about five hours from Nayapul to reach Ghandruk. Ghandruk is the largest Gurung settlement of the Annapurna region and one of the popular tourist destinations. You can get wonderful views of Annapurna South, Himchuli, and many other mountains. You will also explore the Ghandruk village and experience the warm hospitality of the Gurung people.

  • Day 4: Walk From Ghandruk to Chhomrong (2170m/ 5 hrs) expand_more

    You will have your breakfast at Ghandruk, with a magnificent sunrise view over the mountains, and then begin today’s trek.  On the second day of the Annapurna Base Camp Trek, head off to Chhomrong. The trails today will have a number of ups and downs all the way to Chhomorong.  The trail goes via jungles, villages, rivers, meadows and suspension bridges before reaching to Chhomorong. You can take rest or visit around the village for the rest of the day. Overnight at Chhomorong.

  • Day 5: Chhomrong - Himalayan Hotel (2920m / 7hrs) expand_more

    You will have breakfast at the same lodge where you had your overnight stay at Chhomrong and then begin the trek. The trek begins with a gradual climb to Khuldighar. Khuldighar is an old ACAP permit check post. The walk today is a little bit tiring and long. It is better not to spend much time resting to reach today’s destination early.  The trek goes down via a steep rock bank and then levels out through thick bamboo forests to the west side of the river. A short walk through Bamboo and Rhododendron forests will take you to the Himalayan hotel.

  • Day 6: Himalayan Hotel–Machhapuchere Roosters Base Camp (3720m / 4hrs) expand_more

    Have your breakfast at the Himalayan Hotel, and then start today's trek. You will head towards Macchapuchre Base Camp today. The trek begins with a descent to the river bed of Modi Khola by crossing a beautiful stream and then starting to climb gradually until we reach Machhapuchre Base Camp. The trek is about 4 hours today. The views from the Macchapuchre Base Camp are spectacular. Overnight at Macchapuchre Base Camp.

  • Day 7: MBC to Annapurna Base Camp (4,230m/3 hrs) & Back to Sinuwa (2340m /4 hrs) expand_more

    You will have breakfast at Machhapuchre Base Camp and head towards Annapurna Base Camp. The trek goes via a wide path following a stream and then climbs to a moraine. There are few tea houses along the trek. Upon reaching the Annapurna Base Camp, you can see dynamic views of a 360-degree panorama of the mountains and Mt. Annapurna towering above the sanctuary. After spending some time in the Annapurna Base camp, you will trek to Sinwa for an overnight stay.

  • Day 8: Trek From Sinuwa to Ghandrunk (1940m/5 hrs) expand_more

    Finally, you have reached the destination and almost completed the Annapurna Base Camp Trek. After having breakfast at Sinuwa, you will trek to Ghandruk. The trek goes mostly downwards, and you will be decreasing altitude as you move your steps.  The trek is about six hours, and you will pass through some small tea houses, forests and rivers on your way down to Ghandruk. In this Annapurna Base Camp Trek, you can explore this beautiful Gurung village two times. This is your second overnight at Ghandruk Village.

  • Day 9: Trek Down From Ghandruk to Nayapul (1050m/4hrs) and Drive back to Pokhara or Kathmandu expand_more

    Today is the final day of the Annapurna Base Camp trek. After having breakfast at Ghandruk you will trek back to Nayapul and drive back to Pokhara. Upon reaching Pokhara, you can roam around the city of Lakes or rest at the hotel.
