Itinerary

1. Day 1: Arrival in Kathmandu

   Upon arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport, you will be greeted by our friendly team from World Expedition. They will assist you with the airport transfer and accompany you to your hotel in Kathmandu. Take some time to relax and acclimate to the vibrant atmosphere of the Nepalese capital. In the evening, join us for a welcome dinner where you'll have the opportunity to meet your fellow travellers and receive a briefing about the upcoming journey.

2. Day 2: Explore Kathmandu

   After a hearty breakfast, embark on a guided tour of Kathmandu's cultural highlights. Visit Kathmandu Durbar Square, where ancient palaces, temples, and courtyards showcase the city's architectural splendor. Explore the sacred PashupatinathTemple, dedicated to Lord Shiva, and witness the Hindu cremation rituals along the banks of the Bagmati River. Continue to Boudhanath Stupa, one of the largest Buddhist stupas in the world, and soak in the spiritual ambiance of this UNESCO World Heritage Site.

3. Day 3: Sunrise at Nagarkot

   Leave the bustling city behind as we head to Nagarkot, a hill station renowned for its panoramic mountain views. Wake up early to witness a spectacular sunrise over the Himalayas. As the first rays of sunlight paint the snow-capped peaks in golden hues, you'll be treated to breathtaking vistas of mountains including Mount Everest, Langtang, and Ganesh Himal. Enjoy the serene beauty of the surrounding landscapes before returning to Kathmandu.

4. Day 4: Journey to Bandipur

   Today, we travel to the charming hilltop town of Bandipur. As we drive through picturesque landscapes, you'll witness terraced fields, rural villages, and stunning mountain views. Upon arrival, take a leisurely stroll through the quaint streets of Bandipur, characterized by beautifully preserved traditional Newari architecture. Immerse yourself in the local culture, interact with the friendly locals, and savour the peaceful ambience of this hidden gem.

5. Day 5: Explore Bandipur

   Spend the day exploring Bandipur at your own pace. Visit the historic Bandipur Bazaar with traditional houses, temples, and shops selling local crafts. Take in the panoramic views of the Himalayas from the town's viewpoint. You can also opt for short hikes to nearby viewpoints or immerse yourself in the local culture by participating in traditional activities such as pottery-making or cooking classes.

6. Day 6: Scenic Drive to Pokhara

   Bid farewell to Bandipur as we embark on a scenic drive to Pokhara. En route, enjoy breathtaking views of the rolling hills and terraced fields. Arriving in Pokhara, you'll be captivated by the serene beauty of Phewa Lake and the surrounding mountains. Check into your hotel and spend the evening exploring the lively Lakeside area, filled with restaurants, shops, and stunning lake views.

7. Day 7: Explore Pokhara

   Today is dedicated to exploring the natural wonders of Pokhara. Take a boat ride on PhewaLake, visit the Tal Barahi Temple situated on an island, and absorb the tranquility of the surroundings. Optionally, you can hike up to the WorldPeacePagoda for panoramic views of Pokhara and the Annapurna mountain range. In the evening, witness the enchanting spectacle of traditional Nepali dance and music at a cultural show.

8. Day 8: Return to Kathmandu

   Bid farewell to Pokhara as we journey back to Kathmandu. Upon arrival, you'll have some free time to explore the city at your leisure. You may choose to visit local markets for souvenir shopping, explore more temples and historical sites, or simply relax and soak in the vibrant ambiance of Kathmandu.

9. Day 9: Departure

   Your Kathmandu-Nagarkot-Bandipur-Pokhara tour comes to an end. Our team will assist you with the airport transfer for your onward journey. Depart from Tribhuvan International Airport with cherished memories of your time in Nepal and the diverse experiences you've had along the way.
