Trek the challenging hidden gem of Nepal - the Mardi Himal Peak, situated on the east of another popular trek, Annapurna Base Camp Trek. This trek is stunningly beautiful and also takes you up through rhododendron forests. As you get up close, you will see Annapurna South, Hiunchuli, Machhapuchhre, Ganga Purna, Annapurna I and Mardi Himal. The trail starts from Pokhara and goes through Kande, Deurali, Low Camp, and High Camp and finally to Mardi Base Camp. From these points, the entire Annapurna range can be seen.

  • Day 01: Arrival at Kathmandu International Airport expand_more
    • After landing at Tribhuvan International Airport, The company representatives will meet up with you, who will then drive you directly to the hotel. Once refreshed from the day's travel, you will be introduced to the guides and other members of the staff, who will continue to brief you on the trek.

  • Day 02: Kathmandu to Pokhara expand_more
    • The day begins early as we head out of Kathmandu to Pokhara by a regular tourist bus through the stunning hills and pleasant landscapes surrounding the region - this will be a 7/8 hrs drive.
    • The trail settles down through the unfamiliar bends of Prithvi Highway before being joined by the tranquil Trishuli River midway. With the stunning hilly landscapes surrounding us, the journey reaches Pokhara just in time to witness the stunning views of the sunset over the Himalayas. Settle down in a hotel at Pokhara for the night.

  • Day 03: Drive to Kande and trek to Forest Camp (2520 m) expand_more
    • After a lovely breakfast in the company of the mesmerizing Himalayas, we head towards the hamlet of Kande, enjoying the stunning hilly landscapes surrounding us.
    • After a short break at Kande, we begin our trail, heading towards the forest camp for our first night on the go.
    • Moving away from the Annapurna Circuit trail, we make our way towards Forest Camp. Overnight in a teahouse at Forest Camp.

  • Day 04: Trek to Low Camp expand_more
    • Today, we make our way towards the Low Camp whilst enjoying the stunning views of Machhapuchhre (6,997m) throughout the day.
    • Wrapping up from the Forest Camp, the trail continues to snake through the stunning forest landscape adorned with rhododendron trees. The rising altitude is evident through the changing landscapes as the declining hills give way to the snowy Himalayan peaks. Overnight in a teahouse at Low Camp.

  • Day 05: Trek to High Camp (35400 m) expand_more
    • Today, the trail reaches the Mardi Himal High Camp, which also denotes our entry to the 3,500m altitude range. From Low Camp, we continue our journey through the lonely forest trail gradually ascending towards Badal Danda.
    • With the stunning views of Gangapurna (7,454m) guiding the journey, we head towards High Camp, enjoying the mesmerizing views of Annapurna South (7,219m). Overnight in a teahouse at High Camp.

    Time: 3-4 hours

  • Day 06: High Camp to Base Camp (4500 m) and back to High Camp expand_more
    • The day begins early as we head towards the Upper viewpoint (4,500m.) to enjoy the stunning views of the Himalayas.
    • As the forested trail gives way to the rocky Himalayan pathways, the journey continues its ascent, reaching the Upper Viewpoint, where an enchanting Himalayan panorama awaits us.
    • Enjoying the snowy summits of the majestic Annapurna Himalayan range, we make our way back to the High Camp. Overnight in a teahouse at High Camp.

    Time: 3-4 hours

  • Day 07: High Camp to Sidhing Village (1700 m) expand_more
    • On to the final leg of the trek, we make our way back, descending towards Siding Village. The Himalayas serve as a mesmerizing backdrop, the journey once again takes us to the lush green forests enjoying the pleasant landscapes and lovely hilly trail.
    • The hamlet of Siding is also our final stop before heading back to Pokhara and exhibits the unique culture and way of life of the locals. Overnight in a teahouse.

    Time: 5-6 hours

  • Day 08: Sidding Village to Lumre and drive back to Pokhara expand_more
    • Today is a short day of the trek as we make our way back towards Pokhara, which ends our trek. The journey follows the lush green forests for one final time as we enter the mesmerizing valley of Pokhara.
    • With the activities of the day over, you are free to tour around the valley to destinations like Phewa Lake, Davis Falls, Mahendra Cave, and Peace Pagoda. Overnight stay at a hotel in Pokhara.

  • Day 09: Pokhara to Kathmandu expand_more
    • Today, we head back to Kathmandu once again, settling on the familiar twists and turns of the Prithvi Highway. The journey back home takes us through lovely Hilly landscapes, accompanied by the tranquil Trishuli River all the way back to Kathmandu. After arriving in Kathmandu, we head to our hotel and rest.
    • Later, you can hunt for souvenirs in the local markets. Overnight stay at a hotel in Kathmandu.
  • Day 10: Final departure from Kathmandu expand_more
    • Once again, the company representatives will drop you back at Tribhuvan International Airport just in time for your flight home. We hope you had a lovely time with us and look forward to seeing you again.
