Day 1: Arrival at Kathmandu
Arrive at Kathmandu International Airport and transfer to hotel.

Day 2: Towards Beshishahar
Drive from Kathmandu to Beshishahar (823m) for about 6 hrs. (B, L, D)

Day 3: Towards Bahundanda
Trek from Beshishahar to Bahundanda (1310m) for 5 hrs. (B, L, D)

Day 4: Towards Chamje
Trek from Bahundanda to Chamje (1390m) for about 5½ hrs. (B, L, D)

Day 5: Towards Dharapani
Trek from Chamje to Dharapani (1860m) for about 6 hrs. (B, L, D)

Day 6: Towards Chame
Trek from Dharapani to Chame (2615m) for 6 ½ hrs. (B, L, D)

Day 7: Pisang
Trek from Chame to Pisang (3133m) for about 6 hrs. (B, L, D)

Day 8: Manang
Trek from Pisang to Manang (3500m) for 5 ½ hrs. (B, L, D)

Day 9: Manang to Thorung La
Rest day at Manang & hang in and around town.
This is an important rest & acclimatisation day before crossing Thorung La.

Day 10: Towards Latdar
Trek from Manang to Latdar (4176m) for about 5 ½ hrs. (B, L, D)

Day 11: Thorung Phedi
Trek from Latdar to Thorung Phedi (4404m) for 5 ½ hrs. (B, L, D)

Day 12: Thorong Phedi to Thorong La
Trek from Thorong Phedi to Muktinath (3800m), crossing Thorong La Pass (5416m) for about 7 hrs. (B, L, D)

Day 13: Muktinath to Jomsom
Trek down from Muktinath to Jomsom (2710m) for 5 hrs. (B, L, D)

Day 14: To Pokhara
