Itinerary

1. Day 1: Arrival in Kathmandu

   • Arrive in Kathmandu, the capital city of Nepal.
   • Transfer to your hotel and rest.
   • Explore the vibrant streets of Thamel, a popular tourist area in Kathmandu.
   • Attend a trek briefing in the evening.

2. Day 2: Fly Kathmandu to Lukla (2,860m/9,383ft) and Phakding (2,650m/8,694ft)

   • Take an early morning flight from Kathmandu to Lukla.
   • Begin the trek from Lukla to Phakding, descending through beautiful landscapes.

   Stay overnight in Phakding.

3. Day 3: Trek Phakding to Namche Bazaar (3,440m/11,286ft)

   • Continue the trek along the Dudh Koshi River, crossing suspension bridges.
   • Pass through Sagarmatha National Park, where you can spot various flora and fauna.
   • Reach Namche Bazaar, a bustling Sherpa town.

   Rest and acclimatize in Namche Bazaar.

4. Day 4: Acclimatization day in Namche Bazaar

   • Take a day to acclimatize to the altitude.
   • Explore Namche Bazaar and visit the Sherpa Museum.
   • Hike up to the Everest View Hotel for panoramic views of Everest, Lhotse, and Ama Dablam.

5. Day 5: Trek Namche Bazaar to Tengboche (3,870m/12,694ft)

   • Trek through rhododendron forests, enjoying the views of Mount Everest and other peaks.
   • Arrive at Tengboche, home to the famous Tengboche Monastery.
   • Visit the monastery and immerse yourself in the serene atmosphere.

6. Day 6: Trek Tengboche to Dingboche (4,360m/14,300ft)

   • Trek downhill to the Imja River and cross a suspension bridge.
   • Ascend through beautiful forests and reach Pangboche village.
   • Continue trekking to Dingboche, a village with stunning views of Ama Dablam.

7. Day 7: Acclimatization Day in Dingboche

   • Take another acclimatization day in Dingboche.
   • Hike to Nagarjun Hill for panoramic views of the Himalayan range.
   • Rest and prepare for the upcoming challenges.

8. Day 8: Trek Dingboche to Lobuche (4,940m/16,207ft)

   • Ascend through the Khumbu Glacier moraine.
   • Pass through Dughla and witness memorials for climbers who died on Everest.
   • Reach Lobuche, a small settlement nestled in the mountains.

9. Day 9: Lobuche to Gorak Shep (5,160m/16,929ft) and Everest Base Camp (5,364m/17,598ft)

   • Trek to Gorak Shep, the last settlement before Everest Base Camp.
   • After a short break, continue to Everest Base Camp, following the Khumbu Glacier.
   • Marvel at the Khumbu Icefall and enjoy reaching the base camp.

   Return to Gorak Shep for an overnight stay.

10. Day 10: Gorak Shep to Kala Patthar (5,545m/18,192ft) and Pheriche (4,280m/14,042ft)

    • Early morning hike to Kala Patthar for a breathtaking sunrise view of Everest, Nuptse, and Pumori.
    • Descend to Gorak Shep and continue trekking down to Pheriche.

    Rest and recover in Pheriche.

11. Day 11: Trek Pheriche to Namche Bazaar

    • Descend through Pangboche and Tengboche.
    • Cross suspension bridges and follow the Dudh Koshi River.
    • Arrive in Namche Bazaar and celebrate the completion of your trek.

12. Day 12: Namche Bazaar to Lukla

    • Continue descending through forests and Sherpa villages.
    • Cross suspension bridges and follow the Dudh Koshi River.
    • Reach Lukla and reflect on your journey.

13. Day 13: Lukla to Kathmandu

    • Take a scenic flight from Lukla to Kathmandu.
    • Transfer to your hotel in Kathmandu.
    • Enjoy a free day to relax, explore the city, and shop for souvenirs.

14. Day 14: Departure

    • Transfer to the airport for your departure from Kathmandu. The treks staff will drop you at the Airport.
