  • Day 1: Kathmandu arrival; Transfer to hotel expand_more
    • You will be warmly welcomed at the airport by our office representative, and then you will be transferred to the hotel. Spend the rest of the day at leisure.

  • Day 2: Trek preparation and Kathmandu Sightseeing expand_more
    • After having breakfast at the hotel, get picked up by our team and head to our office for your trek briefing and preparation. Our staff will give a brief explanation of the program.
    • Go for afternoon sightseeing in Kathmandu, which includes:
      • Kathmandu Durbar Square
      • Swayambunath Monkey Temple
    • Later, drop off at your hotel for an overnight stay in Kathmandu.
  • Day 3: Kathmandu - Formalities, hotel B/B expand_more
    • Beginning in Kathmandu, we will inform the team members about the adventure and finish the essential documentation and preparations.
  • Day 4: Airplane: KTM-Lukla, camp, or lodge expand_more
    • You will soon reach the Tenzing Hillary Airport in the mountain town of Lukla after taking off from Kathmandu, where we can camp or stay in a hotel.
    • Fly to Lukla located at 2800 meters and trek to Phakding 2600 meters and rest in lodge.
  • Day 5: From Lukla, Hike to Phakding expand_more
    • Once you get there, it's time to start your first day of trekking from Lukla to Phakding.
  • Day 6: Trek from Phakding to Namche Bazaar. expand_more
    • Trek to Phakdibg which is 8,563 feet/2,610 meters above sea level.
    • Head to Namche Bazaar is 3,440 meters or 11,286 feet above sea level.

    Time: 7 hours rest in the lodge

  • Day 7: Day of Rest, Camp Namche expand_more
    • This is the final location on the EBC climb, where you will discover modern conveniences. There are cafes, boutiques, pubs, bakeries (including a German Bakery), laundromats, and barbers.
  • Day 8: Trek to Thyangboche and camp expand_more
    • We will ascend from Namche Bazaar following the Dudh Koshi River till Phunke Tenga, where we will then take the Imja Khola routes to Tengboche.
  • Day 9 - Day 26: Climbing period of Amadablam. expand_more
    • About 17 days are spent climbing.
  • Day 27: Base camp-Namche and return to lodge. expand_more
    • The distance from Everest Base Camp to Lobuche is 7.2 kilometres.
    • The distance between Lobuche and Tyangboche is 13.3 kilometres.
    • The distance between Tyangboche and Namche Bazar is 5.9 kilometres  
  • Day 28: Namche-Lukla and return to lodge. expand_more
    • The distance between Namche Bazar and Lukla is 13.5 kilometres.
  • Day 29: Lukla-Ktm flight, then transfer to hotel. expand_more
    • There are only two ways to travel to Lukla from Kathmandu: by flight, or by foot, as there is no motorized road there.
    • The majority of travellers fly from Kathmandu to Lukla.

    Time spent by aeroplane: 30 minutes.

  • Day 30: Final Departure for the Airport. expand_more
    • Sending our client blessings and thank-you notes and making more connections in the future.

  • Sleeping gear: A warm sleeping bag, a sleeping mat, and a tent are necessary for camping on the mountain. 
  • Personal hygiene: Pack personal hygiene items such as a toothbrush, toothpaste, wet wipes, and hand sanitizer. 
  • Headlamp and batteries: A headlamp and spare batteries are necessary for navigating through the dark. 
  • First-aid kit: A personal first-aid kit should include bandages, antiseptic wipes, pain relief medication, and any personal medications you may require. 
  • Food and water: Pack high-energy snacks and plenty of water. Consider bringing a water filtration system to purify water from streams. 
  • Sun protection: Sunscreen, sunglasses, and a hat are essential for protecting yourself from the sun and high altitude. 
  • Maps and navigation: Bring a map of the area and a compass, or a GPS device, to help you navigate the terrain. Cash: Cash in Nepalese Rupees is necessary for paying for food, accommodation, and transportation. 

It is important to remember that some of these items, such as climbing gear and camping equipment, can be rented or purchased in Kathmandu before the trip. However, it is recommended to bring your own personal items, such as sleeping gear and clothing, to ensure maximum comfort on the mountain.
