Champa Devi Hike from Kathmandu

Champa Devi, situated at an altitude of 2,285 m south-west of Kathmandu, is a pilgrimage site with a Buddhist stupa and a Hindu shrine. It attracts many pilgrims, especially on full moon days.
Have breakfast at your hotel, then drive about 19 km south of Kathmandu Valley for around an hour to a place called Pharping. This is one of the best and most enjoyable one-day hiking trips in the southern hills of Kathmandu Valley, and it is ideal for anyone who craves a hiking adventure while enjoying natural scenery.
Enjoy spectacular views of the central and western Himalayan ranges, including Langtang, Gauri Shanker, Jugal, Dorje Lakpha, and many other mountains. The trail goes through dense forest that is rich in birds and other wildlife.
