Itinerary

1. Day 1: Arrive in Kathmandu

   • Activities: Arrive in Kathmandu, the capital of Nepal. Transfer to your hotel, meet your trekking guide, and attend a briefing about the trek.
   • Overnight: Hotel in Kathmandu.

2. Day: 3 Trek Preparation & options for sightseeing tour in Kathmandu.

   • Prepare for the trek and visit the sights in Kathmandu.

3. Day 3: Fly to Lukla and Trek to Phakding

   • Flight: Take a morning flight from Kathmandu to Lukla (2,860 meters / 9,383 feet).
   • Trek: Trek from Lukla to Phakding (2,610 meters / 8,563 feet) – approximately 3-4 hours.
   • Overnight: Teahouse in Phakding.

4. Day 4: Phakding to Namche Bazaar

   • Trek: Trek from Phakding to Namche Bazaar (3,440 meters / 11,286 feet) – approximately 6-7 hours.
   • Highlights: Cross several suspension bridges and pass through beautiful pine forests.
   • Overnight: Teahouse in Namche Bazaar.

5. Day 5: Acclimatization Day in Namche Bazaar

   • Activities: Explore Namche Bazaar, visit the Everest View Hotel for panoramic views of Everest, or hike to the nearby village of Khumjung.
   • Overnight: Teahouse in Namche Bazaar.

6. Day 6: Namche Bazaar to Tengboche

   • Trek: Trek from Namche Bazaar to Tengboche (3,860 meters / 12,664 feet) – approximately 5-6 hours.
   • Highlights: Visit the Tengboche Monastery and enjoy views of Everest, Ama Dablam, and other peaks.
   • Overnight: Teahouse in Tengboche.

7. Day 7: Tengboche to Dingboche

   • Trek: Trek from Tengboche to Dingboche (4,410 meters / 14,470 feet) – approximately 5-6 hours.
   • Highlights: Enjoy the changing landscapes and distant views of Makalu.
   • Overnight: Teahouse in Dingboche.

8. Day 8: Acclimatization Day in Dingboche

   • Activities: Hike to Nangkartshang Peak (5,083 meters / 16,678 feet) or another high point to help with acclimatization.
   • Overnight: Teahouse in Dingboche.

9. Day 9: Dingboche to Lobuche

   • Trek: Trek from Dingboche to Lobuche (4,940 meters / 16,207 feet) – approximately 5-6 hours.
   • Highlights: Trek through the rocky terrain and get closer to the Everest massif.
   • Overnight: Teahouse in Lobuche.

10. Day 10: Lobuche to Everest Base Camp

    • Trek: Trek from Lobuche to Everest Base Camp (5,364 meters / 17,598 feet) – approximately 7-8 hours.
    • Activities: Spend some time at Everest Base Camp, enjoy the views, and take photos.
    • Overnight: Return to Gorak Shep (5,185 meters / 17,015 feet) for the night.

11. Day 11: Early Morning Hike to Kala Patthar and Trek to Pheriche

    • Hike: Early morning hike to Kala Patthar (5,545 meters / 18,192 feet) for stunning views of Everest – approximately 2-3 hours.
    • Trek: Return to Gorak Shep for breakfast, then trek down to Pheriche (4,371 meters / 14,340 feet) – approximately 6-7 hours.
    • Overnight: Teahouse in Pheriche.

12. Day 12: Pheriche to Namche Bazaar

    • Trek: Trek from Pheriche to Namche Bazaar – approximately 6-7 hours.
    • Highlights: Enjoy the descent and the change in scenery as you re-enter the lower altitudes.
    • Overnight: Teahouse in Namche Bazaar.

13. Day 13: Namche Bazaar to Lukla

    • Trek: Trek from Namche Bazaar to Lukla – approximately 5-6 hours.
    • Highlights: Relax and celebrate your successful trek.
    • Overnight: Teahouse in Lukla.

14. Day 14: Fly Back to Kathmandu

    • Flight: Morning flight from Lukla to Kathmandu.
    • Activities: Free day in Kathmandu for shopping, relaxation, or exploring.
    • Overnight: Hotel in Kathmandu.

15. Day 15: Depart from Kathmandu

    • Transfer to the airport and reach your desired destination.
