Embark on an adventure with a trek from Nayapul to Ulleri, climbing through scenic villages and terraced hillsides. Hike towards Ghorepani, pausing at Poon Hill for breathtaking sunrise views over the Annapurna and Dhaulagiri ranges. Continue the journey to Chuile, surrounded by lush landscapes and diverse flora. Trek on to Sinuwa, exploring charming villages and soaking in the tranquil surroundings. Ascend from Sinuwa to Deurali, with stunning mountain vistas along the trail. Reach Machapuchare Base Camp, approaching the majestic peak. Experience the awe-inspiring Annapurna Base Camp before descending to Bamboo, then relax in the natural hot springs at Jhinu Dada.

Itinerary

Day 1: Drive from Kathmandu to Pokhara
- Travel from Kathmandu to Pokhara by tourist bus, private car, or flight. Enjoy the scenic views along the way, and arrive in Pokhara for an overnight stay.
Day 2: Drive from Pokhara to Nayapul – Trek to Ulleri
- After breakfast, drive from Pokhara to Nayapul. Begin your trek to Ulleri, climbing uphill through beautiful villages and terraced fields. Overnight in Ulleri.
Day 3: Trek to Ghorepani via Poon Hill
- Continue trekking to Ghorepani, stopping at Poon Hill for stunning sunrise views over the Annapurna and Dhaulagiri ranges. Overnight in Ghorepani.
Day 4: Trek to Chuile
- Trek from Ghorepani to Chuili, enjoying the lush landscapes and local flora and fauna along the way. Overnight in Chuili.
Day 5: Trek to Sinuwa
- Continue your trek towards Sinuwa, passing through charming villages and enjoying the serene environment. Overnight in Sinuwa.
Day 6: Trek to Deurali
- Trek from Sinuwa to Deurali, where you will experience the stunning views of the surrounding mountains. Overnight in Deurali.
Day 7: Trek to MBC (Machapuchare Base Camp)
- Trek from Deurali to MBC, getting closer to the majestic Machapuchare peak. Overnight at Machapuchare Base Camp.
Day 8: Trek to ABC (Annapurna Base Camp) – Back to Bamboo
- Early morning trek to Annapurna Base Camp for breathtaking views, then return to Bamboo for an overnight stay.
Day 9: Trek to Jhinu Dada with Hot Spring (Tatopani)
- Trek to Jhinu Dada, stopping at Tatopani to enjoy the natural hot springs. Overnight in Jhinu Dada.
Day 10: Back to Pokhara
- After your visit, take transportation back to Pokhara for an overnight stay.

Know Before You Go

Permits: You’ll need a TIMS (Trekkers' Information Management System) card and an ACAP (Annapurna Conservation Area Permit).

Fitness: Moderate physical fitness is required as the trek involves steep ascents and descents over 7-12 days.

Altitude: The trek reaches 4,130 meters, so be prepared for altitude sickness by acclimatizing properly and staying hydrated.

Best Time to Trek: The best seasons are spring (March-May) and autumn (September-November) for clear skies and pleasant weather.

Packing: Pack light but carry essentials like warm clothing, rain gear, a sleeping bag, and a first aid kit.

Accommodation and Food: Teahouses along the route offer basic lodging and meals, usually dal bhat (rice with lentils).

Guides and Porters: Hiring a guide or porter is recommended for safety and to ease the journey.
