After enjoying the views from Poon Hill, the trek continues back to Ghorepani and then to Tadapani, a village at an altitude of 2,590 metres. From Tadapani, the trek descends to Ghandruk, a beautiful Gurung village with traditional houses and vibrant culture. The trek ends in Nayapul, where you'll take a private vehicle back to Pokhara.     Itinerary for a five-day Ghorepani Poon Hill trek from Pokhara:

    Day 1: Pokhara to Nayapul to Tikhedhunga (4-5 hours)

    After breakfast, take a private car or taxi to Nayapul, which takes about an hour and a half. Begin the trek from Nayapul and hike for about 4-5 hours to reach Tikhedhunga. The trail passes through several small villages and crosses the Bhurungdi Khola River via a suspension bridge.

    Day 2: Tikhedhunga to Ghorepani (5-6 hours)

    On this day, you will hike to Ghorepani, which takes around 5-6 hours. The trail is steep and goes through a dense forest of rhododendrons. You will also cross several small streams on the way.

    Day 3: Ghorepani to Poon Hill to Tadapani (6-7 hours)

    Wake up early and hike to Poon Hill, which takes an hour. From the top of Poon Hill, you can enjoy stunning panoramic views of the surrounding mountains, including Dhaulagiri and Annapurna. After spending some time at Poon Hill, return to Ghorepani for breakfast and continue hiking to Tadapani, which takes around 5-6 hours.

    Day 4: Tadapani to Ghandruk (3-4 hours)

    On this day, you will hike to Ghandruk, a beautiful Gurung village with stunning views of the surrounding mountains. The trek takes 3-4 hours, and the trail passes through a dense forest of rhododendrons.

    Day 5: Ghandruk to Nayapul to Pokhara (3-4 hours)

    After breakfast, start the descent to Nayapul, which takes around 3-4 hours. From Nayapul, take a private car or taxi back to Pokhara.
