For all those coffee lovers and enthusiasts, the Coffee Farm Tour is a perfect getaway to get insight into the coffee culture of the country. Exploring the various ancient attraction and rural villages around the country. Trying various organic coffee, and visiting shops and farms learning about the cultivation, harvest, and production of the local coffee industries.
Nepal is renowned for its tea industry. But in recent times the coffee culture has taken a boom. Various cafes around every corner of the valley provide locals brewed coffees. The history of coffee dates back to 1938 when a hermit named Hira Giri brought coffee to Nepal from Myanmar. The cultivation was first done at Aapchaur in Gulmi. Later spread throughout the country. As time went on various commercial farms thrived around the country producing several kinds of coffees.
The coffee industry has a very wide potential in the country. Various regions of the country have the perfect climate, and topography for coffee. So from the central hills to the southern mid hills, several farms are operating providing several varieties of coffees.
After exploring various UNESCO heritage sites around the valley and visiting several coffee shops learning about the coffee culture. The following day head on a long drive towards Chheskam. A village perched in the Solukhumbu District, in the laps of the mighty Himalayas. Next head towards Mamerku, traversing across the dense old-growth forest of the Khumbu region. Along the way witness splendid views of the landscapes and various settlements. Upon reaching Mamerku visit the various coffee farms of the region. At the farm try several coffee products explore around and head on to various activities. Get an insight into the farming, harvesting, and processing of coffee.
Then move across the deep wilderness following forested trails, ridges, and eventually to Bukur. The next day the thrill continues. Head towards a vantage point and witness grand views of the landscape and the sunrise. The sun illuminating the snowy-white peaks of Everest, Lhotse, Makalu, Kanchenjunga, Cho Oyu, and other several 7000 meters peaks is a sight not to be missed. After exploring Bukur retrace your steps back to Mamerku.
Thereafter descending across the deep wilderness of the Khumbu region move towards Chheskam and head on a short drive to Patale. Along the way explore various coffee farms and enjoy freshly brewed coffee with grand views of the landscapes. Next, head back to Kathmandu. At Kathmandu stroll around the magical city learning about the rich culture and history of the people. Also, visit various coffee shops in the region.

Arrive in Kathmandu
Arrive at Kathmandu International Airport and be welcomed by the local Nepali tour leader and check in to the hotel.
The rest of the day is free to explore this historic and vibrant city.

Sightseeing around Kathmandu Valley
After breakfast, head on for a full-day sightseeing tour of the Kathmandu Valley. First head towards Durbar (Palace) Square, the epicenter of religious and cultural life, an area filled with old temples and historical significance with glorious old Newari architecture. Some of the sights include Kal Bhairav, Hanuman Dhoka, Taleju Temple, Kasthamandap, and Kumari Ghar; home to the Living Goddess. Afterward, visit Swayambhunath Stupa, one of the oldest Buddhist stupas in the world, which is majestically set high on a hill overlooking Kathmandu Valley. Thereafter proceed towards Pashupatinath Temple, a Hindu temple dedicated to Lord Shiva. This massive temple complex sits alongside the banks of the holy Bagmati River.
Only Hindus are allowed to enter the courtyard of the temple, whereas tourists can see the temple from the eastern side of the Bagmati River. Later visit Bouddhanath, a Buddhist Stupa which is one of the largest in the world. This massive structure stands tall with four pairs of eyes each facing the four cardinal directions, watching for the righteous behavior of mankind and human prosperity. After exploring the valley head towards your accommodation. Later join in for a brief orientation regarding the tour.

Drive to Chheskam (1,910 meters/ 6,266 feet)
After breakfast head on a long drive towards the north-eastern part of the country. Following endless rows of lush green sub-tropical woodlands and witnessing grand views of the greater Himalayan range reach Chheskam. A village perched in the Solukhumbu District. Upon arriving at Chheskam head towards your accommodation later stroll around the village and start friendly conversations with the locals.

Trek to Mamerku
After enjoying the morning meal with a grand view of the landscape head towards Mamerku. After a short trek of around two hours traversing across the lush wilderness of the region, you will eventually reach Mamerku. At Mamerku after a brief rest move on to explore the Farmhouse of the region. Learn about various herbs harvesting, processing, and extractions. Also, get insight into various information about the plantation and coffee culture of the area. After exploring the farmhouse head towards your accommodation and relax enjoying the grand views of the sun setting.

Trek Bukur
Traversing across the deep wilderness of the Khumbu region head to Bukur. The trek takes you following sub-tropical woodlands with miles of undergrowth. As you progress you will be traversing ridge sections with grand views of the landscape. Following ridges, you will finally reach Bukur.

Explore Bukur and trek back to Mamerku
Wake up early and head out to any vantage point nestled at an elevation of approximately 4500 meters. From the peak witness grand views of Everest, Lhotse, Makalu, Kanchenjunga, Cho Oyu, and other several 7000 meters peaks basking in the morning rays of the sun. After enjoying the splendid views of the sunrise head back to Bukur. From Bukur following the downward trail crossing sections of lush woodland reach Mamerku.

Trek to Chheskam and drive to Patale
Enjoy your breakfast with grand views. Next following the descending trail crossing the deep wilderness of the Khumbu region move towards Chheskam. Then head on a short drive towards Patale. On the way visit various coffee farms in the region and enjoy freshly made coffee with views grand views of the landscapes. Also, get the insight information about the plantation and harvest. Later start conversations with the local farmers learning about the coffee farmer community. After the exploration head towards your accommodation at Patale.

Drive back to Kathmandu
After enjoying freshly brewed coffee with the views head on a long drive towards Kathmandu. Crossing lush sections of woodlands and settlements scattered on hilltops and riverbeds reach the Kathmandu Valley.

Explore Kathmandu
Today you can stroll around the wonders of Kathmandu on your own or head on a guided tour of the city. Also, visit various coffee around the valley and learn about the coffee culture of the country. Later in the evening join in for a special farewell dinner to mark the end of your adventure.
