I have always been fascinated by the wonderful world of birds since I was a kid.I had the opportunity to get close to nature when I enrolled into university majoring in Parks and Recreation Management under the Faculty of Forestry, Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM).My bird watching experience starts in a few places namely Fraser's Hill, Kuala Gula and Air Hitam Forest Reserve back in 1990s.A short stint with Paya Indah Wetland Sanctuary including a technical visit to India (North to South) and my years working in Putrajaya Wetland allowed me to gained more experience and confidence.I started giving birding walks in Putrajaya and expanded to other birding sites throughout Peninsular Malaysia.I have also contributed articles and photos to local magazines.I have shared my knowledge, observation and experience in 2 books, please check out "The 100 Best Bird Watching Sites in Southeast Asia"
