2. Day 2: Journey to the Legendary Timbuktu

   Transfer to the airport for your domestic flight to Timbuktu, one of the most fascinating cities in world history.

   For centuries, the name Timbuktu evoked mystery and wonder across the world. It was a crossroads of the trans-Saharan caravan trade and an intellectual center of Islamic scholarship.
