Day 1: Antananarivo (Tanà) to Andasibe (130 km – Approx. 5 Hours)
- Depart from Antananarivo in the morning and begin your scenic drive to Andasibe, a journey of approximately five hours through highland landscapes and local villages.
Arrive in Andasibe and check in at your lodge or bungalow.
After dinner, embark on your first guided night walk near the national park.
Observe nocturnal wildlife such as tree frogs, chameleons, owls, lemurs, and other forest creatures that become active after sunset.
Overnight stay in Andasibe.

Day 2: Discover Andasibe and Mitsinjo Reserve
- Have breakfast at your lodge.
Spend the morning exploring Analamazaotra-Andasibe National Park, home to the iconic Indri Indri, the largest lemur species, and other forest dwellers such as brown lemurs, bamboo lemurs, and various endemic bird species.
In the afternoon, visit the Mitsinjo Reserve, a private conservation project dedicated to preserving local biodiversity.
Discover a variety of amphibians and reptiles, including chameleons, leaf-tailed geckos, frogs, and other rare rainforest species.
In the evening, enjoy your second guided night walk for more opportunities to spot Madagascar’s unique nocturnal wildlife.

Day 3: Mantadia National Park and Lemurs' Island
- Enjoy an early breakfast and prepare for a day excursion to Mantadia National Park, located about 15 km north of Andasibe.
Hike through dense primary rainforest trails to spot rare lemur species such as the golden diademed sifaka and black-and-white ruffed lemurs, along with orchids, palms, and medicinal plants.
Return to the area and visit the nearby Lemurs' Island Park, where you can observe rescued lemurs up close in a semi-wild setting.
Learn about conservation efforts and enjoy close-up encounters with several species including ring-tailed lemurs and red-bellied lemurs.
Return to your lodge for dinner and overnight stay in Andasibe.

- Have breakfast and check out of your lodge.
Depart from Andasibe and begin the return journey to Antananarivo.
Enjoy scenic views along the route, with opportunities to stop for photos or refreshments.
Arrive back in the capital in the afternoon.
End of the tour and drop-off at your hotel or preferred location in Antananarivo.
